Dallas Texas rising singing sensation Harper Grace, 17

Harper is a multi-instrumentalist playingthe guitar, piano, and banjo.

Harper has embraced music from an early age, and at the age of 7 she got her very first guitar from her grandmother. She began teaching herself how to play and started writing her own songs, which she recalls “were primarily about shampoo and conditioner".

Harper began singing in the Dallas inner city at a church that mentors and helps the homeless, and surrounding communities. She grew up singing on most weekends in the gospel church choir and during the week at open mics, sporting venues, festivals, and self-promoted concerts. Over the years she has been recognized for her talent through awards such as, 2012 Kenton Duty scholarship for triple threat training, 2015 grand champion winner of DFW icon, and was the local DFW grand champion Winner and Top Ten National finalist in the Nash Next 2018 competition. Harper has been frequenting Nashville, performing and writing for her debut album.  Citing influences from Rascal Flatts and Dan + Shay, to Maren Morris and Christina Aguilera, Harper has collaborated with everyone from Chad Carlson and Zac Maloy to Chris Lindsey and more.

In 2012 Harper created a “Dream Board” which includes long term goals like; moving to Nashville, owning a tour bus, her original music played on all media formats across the globe, and life goals like; using her platforms to fund an orphanage in Africa, and start an anti-bully organization to encourage and help victims through awareness and the arts. Early 2018 Harper lived out one of her goals and dreams when she auditioned for American Idol making it all the way to the top 50, plus having a guest appearance on the finale!

With over 100 songs in her catalog, Harper now has her eyes set on the prize to take over the world with her signature blend of country inspired melodies and big pop choruses.  Harper is currently performing around Dallas, Forth Worth, and Nashville, as well as promoting her debut release Yardsale.
